Our Services
From Insight to Action
At Copperhead Therapy Group, we provide evidence-based psychological services designed to help you navigate life's challenges with resilience and clarity. Whether you are looking for deep individual work, the support of a peer group, or practical skill-building, our goal is to help you move toward a more meaningful life.
Focus: Personal growth and values alignment
In these sessions, we move beyond just talking about problems and start focusing on how you show up in your life. We work together to identify the internal patterns that keep you stuck, helping you develop the mental flexibility to stay grounded even when circumstances are difficult. It’s about building a solid internal foundation so you can make decisions based on what matters to you, rather than just reacting to stress or expectation. This is a private, focused space designed to help you regain your footing and move forward with clarity and resolve. We offer both in-person and secure telehealth.
Best for: Depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and substance use concerns.
Focus: Peer support and shared accountability
True growth rarely happens in isolation. Our small groups are designed for men who are looking for a higher standard of support and accountability. This is a space to sharpen your self-awareness, explore the complexities of modern masculinity, embrace vulnerability as a form of courage, and commit to showing up with honesty among a group of peers. By engaging with others who are also navigating the pressures of career, family, and identity, you learn to break through the "solo" mindset and lead with a more grounded, stable presence in your daily life.
Our Men’s Process Groups are semi-closed and limited to 5–8 members to maintain an intimate and focused environment. We meet twice monthly, in-person, and while we ask for an initial six-month commitment, the true goal is to foster the stability and trust necessary for lasting connection. New members are invited to join as spaces become available.
Best for: Relationship challenges, modern masculinity, isolation, and interpersonal growth.
Format: Semi-closed group; 5–8 members.
Cadence: Twice-monthly sessions.
Commitment: 6-month initial window to build stable, meaningful connections.
Availability: Rolling enrollment as spots open.
Focus: Skill-building for specific life stages and transitions
Our workshops and presentations are designed for those who prefer a focused, practical approach to personal development. These sessions range from a few hours to a full day, providing a structured environment to master specific skills. We strip away the abstract theory and focus on the "how-to," ensuring you walk away with a clear set of strategies to navigate the complexities of modern life.

The Transition to Fatherhood: Navigating the psychological and identity shifts of becoming a new father, and building the resilience needed for a growing family.
